The terraces at the front of the house are extremely spacious, and furnished with ample sunbeds, large sun umbrella, a dining table, and natural shade from palm trees as well as plenty of space in the open sun. The swimming pool is located at the front of the house, with roman steps and a poolside shower. The pool terrace offers direct entry into the downstairs apartment, which comprises of a very large bedroom, with a double and two single beds, as well as an en suite shower room. A free cot and high chair are also provided in this room, as well as a mini kettle and mini fridge, making this a very convenient family bedroom, fantastic for parents with young children. Stairs lead up to the main accommodation. Here there is a large terrace with pleasant views across the valley and down to the pool terrace, and large, comfortable outdoor sofas to enjoy the sun. A small covered porch has an additional seating in the shade. A few steps down to a lower terrace area takes you to a barbecue terrace, complete with covered gazebo, barbecue, and a table with seating for 6. The accommodation on this level comprises an open plan kitchen / diner / lounge. The lounge area has comfortable sofa and armchair, as well as a TV with DVD player with some English channels available. There is an indoor dining table and a spacious and well equipped kitchen. For 2010, the kitchen will be being replaced with a high gloss ultra modern red kitchen. A back door off the kitchen leads to a large grassed area, with a table and chairs, as well as a swings for the kids. There are two double bedrooms on this floor, sharing a shower room. This property is decorated beautifully throughout and the owners have given the utmost attention to comfort and style. Highly recommended, and ideal for children. Within 10 minutes walk is the rocky Baladrar beach, and a lovely Italian restaurant.
